David is active in his community, offering his time and experience to several organizations on a volunteer basis. A dad of four, he is always busy with family and community activities.
After earning his Chartered Accounting designation in 1988, Rick transitioned into insurance. A life-long learner, by the millennium Rick had gathered several certifications, including Certified Financial Planner and various financial planning and consulting designations. Away from the office, Rick dedicates his expertise and time to many organizations, including the Vancouver Chinatown Revitalization Committee, the Shon Yee Benevolent Association, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC, and various other educational and business groups. He also dedicates time to his family, jogging, and swimming – but not (not) golf.
